Introduction:

As Toluna enters its next phase of exciting growth, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Intern to support sales activities. The ideal candidate will be articulate, interested in an agile work environment, and constantly motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance of the customers' portfolio, elaborating actions of prospection and loyalty
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals
  • Accompany the Account Manager in briefing meetings for taking notes of the demands
  • Follow up after-sales processes
  • Perform contact search of possible leads in specific media, forward to the account manager, and include in CRM Salesforce
  • Assist in the adjustment of reports and other important documents
  • Assist with the area budgets, using internal tools necessary for this

Your Profile:

  • Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Marketing or Commercial Management
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Intermediate English required
  • Experience with administrative processes will be considered a plus
  • Must be able to work 6 hours a day and be in office 2 days a week
