stylish wardrobe choices. To support our growth and maintain our innova?ve edge, we're looking

for a Senior Business Intelligence Analytics passionate about using visual tools (Tableau, PowerBI)

turn data into ac?onable insights.

Role Overview
This pivotal role calls for a seasoned Business Intelligence Analy?cs ready to tackle global retail

challenges and drive Lo4y Style's expansion with cuPng-edge BI solu?ons. You will be at the

forefront of developing interac?ve dynamic dashboards and analy?cal models, revolu?onizing

our strategies for product development, distribu?on, KPIs, QBRs, customer engagement, and

market penetra?on. It demands a mix of cri?cal thinking, advanced technical skills, and the ability

to deliver strategic, analy?c, and repor?ng solu?ons that enhance business processes.

This role demands a profound comprehension of retail analy?cs, encompassing brick-and-mortar

store data, in-store performance metrics, ecommerce and more. Your advanced exper?se in data

analysis, strategic thinking, and communica?on will be pivotal in delivering insighUul analy?cal

outcomes that significantly drive business decisions.

Key Responsibili?es:

  • Design and implement interac?ve dashboards to display key business KPIs, including

Gross Profit Margin, Opera?ng Margin, and Net Profit Margin, and more.

  • Engage in exploratory data analysis to cra4 analy?cal models, applying visualiza?on

techniques suited for business insights.

  • Create sophis?cated quan?ta?ve models with diverse so4ware tools for predic?ve

analy?cs, contribu?ng to discussions on strategy and opera?ons.

  • Translate model outcomes into business terms, conduct risk assessments, and u?lize

advanced analy?cal methods such as op?miza?on and machine learning.

  • Validate and showcase models with rigorous error metrics, develop algorithms combining

various methods for comprehensive solu?ons, and integrate these models into business

opera?ons.

  • Offer strategic advice based on analy?cal findings for business planning, program

development, and budge?ng.

  • Lead analy?cal projects to deliver impacUul insights, coordina?ng with the CTO and

Digital Channels Director.

  • Analyze extensive data sets for detailed repor?ng on store performance, ecommerce, and

staffing, iden?fying success drivers.

  • Draw strategic insights from a mix of data sources, including POS and customer data, to

create visualiza?ons that support business growth.

  • Conduct customer-centric analyses using detailed customer and consumer behavior data

to target and engage desired demographics.

  • Employ systema?c experimenta?on to refine store metrics and strategies con?nually.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards, ensuring

essen?al metrics are highlighted and monitored for efficiency.

  • Communicate complex analyses to stakeholders, fostering informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to enhance data quality and analy?cal methodologies.
  • Manage a diverse project porUolio, assessing impacts on the business and customers.
  • Lead within the Analy?cs team, sharing insights, sePng strategies, and promo?ng best

prac?ces.

Qualifica?ons:

  • Master's degree preferred in Business Analy?cs, Data Science, Economics, Finance,

Sta?s?cs, Opera?ons Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, with a

Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement in a technical field such as Computer

Science, Economics, Finance, Sta?s?cs, Analy?cs, or Industrial Engineering.

  • A robust experience profile with at least 8 years in Analy?cs showcasing leadership and

the ability to present insights to cross-func?onal teams.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry, demonstra?ng a thorough

understanding of retail opera?ons and consumer behavior.

  • Proficiency with a suite of BI and data visualiza?on tools, including SQL, Power BI, Google

Data Studio, and Tableau, paired with exper?se in complex SQL queries and managing

large datasets.

  • Demonstrated experience in advanced analy?cs projects, employing decision science,

op?miza?on, machine learning, forecas?ng, and a deep understanding of A/B tes?ng

processes and tools like APT, Qubit, and Op?mizely.

  • Excep?onal communica?on skills and a proven track record in team leadership and

people management, capable of fostering collabora?on across business, analy?cs, and

data engineering teams.
