Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of visually engaging designs for Daraz platforms.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, commercial, and campaign teams to translate briefs into creative visuals that enhance customer engagement and conversions.

• Adapt global and regional creative assets to suit the Sri Lankan market, ensuring cultural relevance and localization.

• Make design updates and revisions based on feedback, performance insights, and campaign requirements.

• Maintain consistency in visual identity across all customer touchpoints.

• Stay updated on local design trends, e-commerce visuals to contribute fresh ideas.

Position Requirement

Requirements:
Bachelor in Design, HCI, or related quantitative field with 1+ years of digital product design experience
Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe After Effects or Figma, Sketch
Strong sense of ownership, reliable and good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus if have experience in e-Commerce or tech industry
