- Ampliar, renovar e evitar cancelamentos de contratos;
- Gerenciar conflitos e solucionar eventuais problemas acionando as áreas envolvidas;
- Demonstrar para o cliente como podemos auxiliá-lo a atingir os objetivos do seu negócio;
- Agir preventivamente para garantir o sucesso do cliente e buscar ações de engajamento;
- Analisar métricas e a saúde dos clientes constantemente;
- Aplicar e desenvolver estratégias de atendimento e satisfação dos clientes;
- Auxiliar na melhoria contínua das métricas e KPIs da área de CS.
- Boa comunicação (oral e escrita);
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento;
- Experiência na área de Customer Success com foco em B2B;
- Tenha sede por conhecimento e compartilhar isso com a equipe;
- Certificações na área de Relacionamento com o Cliente/Customer Success;
- Experiência com Customer Success em empresas de Tecnologia e/ou Startups;
- Assistência Médica
