Description
  • Ampliar, renovar e evitar cancelamentos de contratos;
  • Gerenciar conflitos e solucionar eventuais problemas acionando as áreas envolvidas;
  • Demonstrar para o cliente como podemos auxiliá-lo a atingir os objetivos do seu negócio;
  • Agir preventivamente para garantir o sucesso do cliente e buscar ações de engajamento;
  • Analisar métricas e a saúde dos clientes constantemente;
  • Aplicar e desenvolver estratégias de atendimento e satisfação dos clientes;
  • Auxiliar na melhoria contínua das métricas e KPIs da área de CS.
Requirements
  • Boa comunicação (oral e escrita);
  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento;
  • Experiência na área de Customer Success com foco em B2B;
  • Tenha sede por conhecimento e compartilhar isso com a equipe;
  • Certificações na área de Relacionamento com o Cliente/Customer Success;
  • Experiência com Customer Success em empresas de Tecnologia e/ou Startups;
