Trainer & Content Producer
dinâmico(a), capaz de conduzir treinamentos impactantes e produzir conteúdos digitais de alta qualidade para escalar o aprendizado em toda a organização.

Essa posição combina habilidades de facilitação e comunicação com conhecimentos técnicos em produção de vídeo, edição e transmissão.

Principais Responsabilidades

Treinamento & Facilitação

  • Conduzir sessões de treinamento presenciais e virtuais de forma envolvente, inspiradora e informativa.
  • Adaptar o estilo de entrega conforme o público (equipe de vendas, parceiros, líderes, novos colaboradores).
  • Estimular a interação, motivação e retenção do conhecimento por meio de comunicação eficaz e storytelling.

Produção de Conteúdo & Transmissão

  • Planejar, produzir e transmitir sessões de treinamento ao vivo e gravadas (webinars, podcasts, eventos virtuais).
  • Roteirizar, filmar e editar vídeos de alta qualidade (demonstrações de produto, tutoriais, histórias de sucesso).
  • Garantir excelência técnica em som, vídeo e streaming.
  • Colaborar com o time para inovar nos formatos de treinamento (vídeos curtos, mídia interativa, gamificação).

Colaboração & Estratégia

  • Trabalhar em parceria com designers instrucionais, especialistas e liderança para alinhar os treinamentos aos objetivos do negócio.
  • Contribuir com ideias criativas para campanhas, eventos e novos formatos de aprendizagem.
  • Monitorar o engajamento dos participantes e feedbacks para aprimorar continuamente os conteúdos e entregas.

Requisitos:

Habilidades e Experiência Necessárias

  • Experiência comprovada em facilitação de treinamentos, com excelente comunicação e apresentação.
  • Conhecimentos técnicos em produção de vídeo: filmagem, edição (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere ou similares) e ferramentas de transmissão ao vivo (OBS, Webex, Teams, Zoom).
  • Vivência na produção e condução de eventos digitais (webinars, podcasts, lives).
  • Capacidade de simplificar temas complexos e apresentá-los de forma envolvente.
  • Perfil criativo, com atenção aos detalhes e qualidade do conteúdo.
  • Boa organização e gestão de múltiplos projetos e prazos.

Diferenciais

  • Formação em aprendizagem de adultos, design instrucional ou educação digital.
  • Experiência em varejo, tecnologia ou treinamento de eletrônicos de consumo.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de aprendizagem (LMS) e métricas de engajamento digital.
  • Habilidades bilíngues ou multilíngues
