Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply and Planning Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Smartphones D2C Business.
- This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, inventory, and supply chain operations.
- As a Supply and Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to optimize sales forecasting, inventory control, and account allocation. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing warehouse operations, defining management and target plans, and coordinating efforts with key stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
- You will bring a strong understanding of both B2C and B2B industries, with a focus on e-commerce and marketplace dynamics. Your ability to analyze data across all channels and KPIs will enable you to make informed decisions that align with our strategic objectives.
- Additionally, you will develop and present comprehensive reports, ensuring transparency and accountability in all aspects of supply chain management.
Responsibilities
- Manage SCM responsibilities, including consensus-building, AP1 allocation, and gap analysis.
- Align and define targets in collaboration with the division to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee target achievement (TGT), actual performance (ACT), and gap analysis for D2C accounts and SKUs.
- Monitor inventory availability by warehouse (WH) and SKU across platforms like VTEX and NERP.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Fluent English communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Strong analytical skills to manage multiple channels and KPIs with precision.
- A proactive approach with high ownership and accountability for problem-solving.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, adaptability to changing priorities, and a collaborative mindset.
