Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Mapear e entender os processos de sustentação de e-commerce, incluindo gestão de incidentes, mudanças, monitoramento e atendimento técnico;
  • Propor e desenvolver Agents de IA que atuem em tarefas como triagem de chamados, análise de logs, geração de relatórios, automação de respostas e recomendação de ações corretivas;
  • Integrar os agentes com plataformas como ServiceNow para orquestração de workflows e com SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) e Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) para insights operacionais;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com times de sustentação, arquitetura e produto para garantir aderência técnica e escalabilidade das soluções;
  • Monitorar a performance dos agentes e propor melhorias contínuas com base em métricas de eficiência e economia;
  • Documentar soluções, fluxos e decisões técnicas de forma clara e acessível.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência com sustentação de sistemas, preferencialmente e-commerce;
  • Conhecimentos em Azure (especialmente em serviços de AI);
  • Domínio em IA Generativa, LLMs, Agents Autônomos e frameworks como LangChain, Semantic Kernel ou similares;
  • Capacidade de análise de processos e identificação de oportunidades de automação;
  • Experiência com APIs REST, integração de sistemas e arquitetura orientada a serviços;
  • Habilidade em Python, ou outra linguagem voltada para desenvolvimento de agentes.
