Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
The purpose of the Sr. Manager Controller role is to provide financial planning, analysis and forecasting of overall
corporate overheads
, with special focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), to guarantee quality of information and transparency across organization, fostering a results-oriented and data-driven culture.
The objective of the role is to identify opportunities through the analysis of various KPIs and different sets of tools/reports/dashboards to ultimately increase efficiency of corporate overheads. Be the
finance business partner
and SPOC for OOH P&L lines and support/guide stakeholders in relation to expenses planning and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of annual budget process and periodical forecasting process of corporate overheads giving guidance, clear assumptions and methodology to the local stakeholders to provide a comprehensive overheads plan within timelines and standards.
- Drive OOH controlling and generate monthly business review with detailed explanation and evolution - deep understanding of areas actual numbers, development and KPIs evolution to provide insights and transparency to the FP&A Director, cost center owners and LAM office.
- Generate recommendations and provide options to business partners on respective level for strategic invest /divest approach. Constantly challenge and drive growth and profitability to promote constant focus on efficiency, cost savings and business opportunities.
- Lead the operating rhythm for financial KPIs for corporate overheads, including the direct controlling of SCM overheads. Prepare and revise local SCM financial figures, forecast and budget together with FP&A, Demand Planning and SCM teams.
- Continuously monitor the performance of Supply Chain KPIs against targets - identify deviations (gap analysis) and work with stakeholders to drive improvement, ensuring targets are met. Challenge status quo, think differently, and push boundaries.
- Manage projects related to financial SCM KPI development/improvement.
- Serve as a key resource for ad hoc analytics to support ongoing projects.

- Local senior management
- Local and regional finance teams, including FP&A, Demand Planning, Accounting
- SCM functional areas: Purchasing, Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, SCM development
Knowledge Skills And Abilities
- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis to interact and navigate through different Financial, business and SCM information.
- Financial business acumen and understanding of business variables (Volume, CPU, Handling costs, transportation etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and proficient management of Excel.
- Experience in SCM KPI performance management with clear expertise in analyzing dense operational databases.
- Experience in promoting and applying continuous improvement (problem-solving, process improvement) tools and services.
- Good communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written).
- Ability to think tactically and influence the organization.
- Ability to present technical & financial results in a strong manner with clear action steps.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive change within varied cultures and viewpoints.
- Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills with the ability to support assumptions of final analysis, share ideas, and influence.
- Curious, energetic personality, eager to think out of the box and explore off-beaten tracks, with a passion for innovation.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive work in FP&A and SCM KPI Analytics.
