Responsibilities:

  • · Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • · Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of 365
  • · Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
  • · Ability to provide Post-implementation support (help desk)
  • · Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 clients Learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365  
  • · Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or equivalent 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • · Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus 
  • · Experience with Scribe a plus 
  • · SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
