Derflan, Inc. is seeking an experienced
Partner Sales Engagement Manager
to lead
large-scale cloud transformation programs
across the LATAM region. This is a high-impact consultant role for a seasoned enterprise IT leader with proven experience in
AWS migration leadership, partner co-sell strategy, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Location:
São Paulo, Brazil (On-site, CLT contract)

Monthly Salary:
BRL 40,000 – 45,000

Contract Duration:
12 months (with potential for extension)

What You'll Do

  • Drive partner sales engagement with enterprise customers to accelerate workload migrations and modernization
  • Lead and manage complex transformation projects from initial assessment through successful delivery
  • Develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships (CIOs, CTOs, business leaders) to drive adoption and growth
  • Collaborate with partner technical teams and internal architects to ensure technical excellence
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide executive-level reporting
  • Facilitate workshops to align business and technical teams, enabling organizational change

Required Qualifications

AWS / Technical Depth

  • Strong AWS technical background
  • AWS
    Associate or Professional-level certifications
    (Solutions Architect, SysOps, DevOps, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of AWS services, architecture patterns, and migration frameworks
  • Ability to dive deep and articulate technical challenges, solutions, and trade-offs

Cloud Migration & Modernization Leadership

  • Proven experience leading
    large-scale AWS implementations
  • Hands-on leadership of complex migration and modernization projects (not just coordination)
  • Concrete examples of outcomes: workloads migrated, challenges solved, business impact delivered

Leadership & Presence

  • Executive presence with the ability to earn trust in high-stakes settings
  • Clear, confident communication of achievements and project outcomes
  • Experience influencing senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, superintendents)

Scaling & Program Management

  • Experience managing
    200+ opportunities, scaling up to 500
  • Ability to engage effectively with architects, partner technical teams, and customers at scale
  • Strong program governance, KPI tracking, and delivery management in complex, distributed environments

Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Background in
    co-sell environments with AWS and global technology partners
  • Strong partner alignment to accelerate migrations and adoption
  • Customer obsession with the technical depth to understand customer pain points and propose AWS-native solutions

Growth Orientation

  • Demonstrated ability to
    grow and scale programs
    , not just deliver point projects
  • Balance strategic growth (ARR, pipeline, adoption) with technical delivery execution
  • Seen as a
    bar raiser
    who raises performance across partners and teams

Additional Requirements

  • 15+ years
    in enterprise IT and large-scale transformation
  • Experience working at a
    global technology company (Google, Microsoft, Amazon, or similar)
  • Experience with financial institutions or enterprise customers in LATAM
  • Hands-on Agile/continuous improvement expertise (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Fluency in Portuguese & English (Spanish a plus)
  • Must be
    on-site in São Paulo, Brazil (no remote option)

Compensation & Benefits (CLT)

  • BRL 40,000 – 45,000 per month (CLT contract)
  • 13th-Month Salary (paid in two installments)
  • Paid Vacation (30 days + 1/3 salary bonus)
