Estamos em busca de um(a) Project Manager para liderar projetos estratégicos de tecnologia, garantindo entregas de qualidade, dentro do prazo e alinhadas às expectativas de clientes e stakeholders. Essa pessoa será responsável por organizar o fluxo dos projetos e atuar como elo entre clientes, equipe técnica e áreas internas.
Requisitos:
Responsabilidades
Planejar, organizar e acompanhar o ciclo de vida de projetos de tecnologia.
Garantir cumprimento de prazos, custos, qualidade e escopo.
Atuar como elo entre clientes, equipe técnica e stakeholders internos.
Conduzir reuniões de alinhamento, status reports e apresentações executivas.
Identificar riscos e propor planos de ação.
Implementar e manter boas práticas de gestão de projetos e processos internos.
Requisitos
Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e tradicionais (PMBOK).
Habilidade em gestão de cronograma, orçamento, riscos e stakeholders.
Experiência com ferramentas de gestão (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project ou similares).
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de conduzir reuniões executivas.
Organização, visão sistêmica e foco em resultados.
Diferenciais
Experiência em consultorias ou projetos de transformação digital.
Inglês avançado para comunicação com clientes e parceiros internacionais.
Conhecimento em métricas de performance de times de tecnologia (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, etc.).
