About the Role

We're looking for a
Creative Marketing Manager
to lead marketing strategy and creative development for a portfolio of Brazilian series and films. This person will be responsible for shaping the
creative identity, positioning, and visual storytelling
of high-impact local titles — from ideation to campaign execution.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (PR, Product, Consumer Insights, Production, Social, etc.) and external partners (showrunners, talent, production houses, and creative agencies) to deliver
bold, innovative, and culturally resonant campaigns
.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of marketing positioning and creative concepts for local originals.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional assets, including trailers, teasers, artwork, logos, and key visuals.
  • Partner with agencies, designers, photographers, and editors to deliver top-quality creative materials.
  • Collaborate with producers on production, adaptation, localization, and delivery of campaign assets.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with creative partners, talent, and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as an internal ambassador for Brazilian productions, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Manage campaign scope, budget, and timelines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience
    in marketing, strategic planning, or creative roles — ideally within entertainment, agencies, or content production.
  • Proven track record of delivering
    high-profile creative campaigns
    with strong storytelling and design craft.
  • Experience working with a wide range of creative partners (agencies, filmmakers, photographers, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of creative production, budgeting, and localization processes.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
    (written and spoken).
