Você fará parte do time de pré vendas de soluções AWS, sendo responsável por atuar diretamente com potenciais clientes para entender suas necessidades, propor soluções de Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) — com foco em Amazon Connect — e demonstrar o valor das nossas ofertas. Você utilizará sua senioridade técnica e suas habilidades de comunicação para apoiar o time comercial no crescimento dos negócios e, ao mesmo tempo, liderar a criação de novas ofertas e aceleradores que ampliem o nosso portfólio de soluções de CX.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Desenvolver ofertas de alto valor agregado para soluções CCaaS, com ênfase em Amazon Connect.
  • Criar apresentações, guidelines e materiais de apoio para os times de vendas e demais stakeholders.
  • Construir e fortalecer relacionamentos com clientes e parceiros estratégicos.
  • Apoiar o time de vendas na identificação e qualificação de oportunidades CCaaS.
  • Realizar levantamento detalhado de requisitos e entendimento profundo das necessidades dos clientes.
  • Desenhar, documentar e apresentar arquiteturas e soluções alinhadas aos desafios de negócio.
  • Elaborar apresentações, propostas técnicas, defesas e conduzir POCs (Provas de Conceito).
  • Fornecer orientação técnica ao longo de todo o ciclo de vendas, incluindo respostas a RFPs, RFIs e documentos correlatos.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com os times de engenharia e delivery para garantir que as soluções propostas sejam implementadas conforme o planejado.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Bacharelado ou Mestrado em Ciência da Computação, TI ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Sólida experiência em pré-venda, arquitetura de soluções ou funções similares em projetos complexos de grande porte, com foco em CCaaS.
  • Experiência comprovada com Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda ou tecnologias equivalentes de Cloud CX.
  • Vivência com serviços AWS (S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM) e conhecimento de arquiteturas serverless e microservices.
  • Experiência sólida no ecossistema de CX: Telefonia, IVR, ACD, CTI, Data Lake, WFM, Omnichannel, GenAI e integrações com CRM.
  • Profundo entendimento de soluções CCaaS e IVR.
  • Habilidade avançada no desenvolvimento de soluções com GenAI.
  • Capacidade de traduzir conceitos técnicos complexos em narrativas claras e orientadas a valor de negócio.
  • Excelentes habilidades de apresentação, comunicação e relacionamento.
  • Certificações AWS Professional ou Specialist são um diferencial.
  • Diferencial: Inglês avançado para interação com clientes internacionais.
  • Atuação 100% remota. Residir em São Paulo é um diferencial; caso contrário, é necessária disponibilidade para viagens pontuais em clientes.
