Overview

The Talent Management Lead will play a critical role in driving workforce performance and strategic growth by partnering with senior HR People leaders to interpret business requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior People Lead on defining and executing global and local policy initiatives, understanding their impacts, and informing stakeholders accordingly.
  • Partner with function leads to collaborate on creating functional priorities, providing guidance, leveraging data analytics, translating insights into actionable plans to impact the bottom line, enabling business strategy, updating relevant parties of any changes that may affect operational processes or labor policies compliance.
  • Increase end-to-end capabilities accelerating consumer-centric growth through continuous improvement opportunities identification. Manage works council relations ensuring all legal needs are met for smooth implementation. 'Lead complex change.'
