A missão do Strategic Projects Manager é atuar como elo estratégico entre demanda e oferta, liderando projetos de alta complexidade e garantindo a entrega de soluções escaláveis, eficientes e rentáveis para grandes clientes e múltiplos parceiros.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Liderar de ponta a ponta projetos complexos (ex.: BTS multi-cidade, demandas com ≥3 operadores ou grande volume);
- Conduzir kick-offs com Comercial e CS, definindo escopo, cronograma, metas e KPIs;
- Formar e coordenar squads multifuncionais (Strategic Partners, Growth Partners, Ops e Tech), assegurando alinhamento e execução;
- Consolidar propostas em pacotes únicos para o time Comercial, garantindo aderência a SLA e margem;
- Identificar riscos, oportunidades e melhorias de processo, reportando resultados e aprendizados estratégicos.
Desafios do Cargo:
- Garantir a construção da melhor oferta para o cliente com visão integrada de demanda e oferta;
- Orquestrar múltiplos stakeholders em projetos de alto impacto e curto prazo;
- Escalar processos complexos, assegurando eficiência operacional e qualidade na entrega.

- Visão analítica para interpretação de dados e cenários;
- Estruturação e padronização de processos escaláveis;
- Execução de planos de ação com foco em prazo e qualidade;
- Gestão e orquestração de múltiplos stakeholders;
