Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President of National Marketing
to lead our nationwide marketing strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for shaping brand positioning, driving market growth, and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across all regions. The VP will collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive national marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and market share.
  • Lead and manage regional marketing teams, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution.
  • Oversee advertising, digital marketing, public relations, and event strategies on a national scale.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive innovation in marketing channels, campaigns, and customer engagement.
  • Manage national marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Partner with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Establish performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make strategic decisions.
