Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process for requests, ensuring that the end user has the necessary resources to execute projects effectively. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining compliance with organizational procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to terms and conditions. Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.

Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to senior management.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

At least 8 years of experience in procurement, with proven experience of managing procurement process from purchasing request to payment process.

Familiar with procurement processes and Brazil relevant laws and regulations, with strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills. Multi South America countries' procurement experience is preferred.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Fluency in English and Portuguese.
