Job Description Summary

The Total Rewards Leader for Electrification Systems and Software plays a leadership role in shaping, governing, and executing global compensation and total rewards strategies across two high-growth business segments of GE Vernova. This leader will serve as a strategic advisor to the Electrification Systems and Software Segment HR Leadership Teams and the Global Total Rewards COE, driving a unified rewards philosophy that accelerates transformation, talent growth, and organizational performance.

This role demands a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and external insight to craft competitive, equitable, and sustainable reward solutions. The role partners closely with segment Finance, HR, and Business leadership to ensure reward strategies align with business priorities, M&A integration imperatives, and financial performance objectives.

This position reports to the Global Head of Total Rewards, with a strong matrix partnership to the segment HR and business leadership teams.

Le/la Responsable Total Rewards pour les divisions Electrification Systems et Electrification Software joue un rôle clé dans la définition, la gouvernance et la mise en œuvre des stratégies mondiales de rémunération et de reconnaissance au sein de deux segments à forte croissance de GE Vernova.

Ce/ette leader agit comme conseiller stratégique auprès des équipes RH de chaque segment et du Centre d'Excellence Global Total Rewards, en promouvant une philosophie de rémunération unifiée favorisant la transformation, le développement des talents et la performance organisationnelle.

La fonction requiert un équilibre entre vision stratégique, rigueur opérationnelle et compréhension du marché externe, afin de concevoir des programmes de rémunération compétitifs, équitables et durables. Le rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec les équipes Finance, RH et Direction Générale des segments pour garantir l'alignement des politiques de rémunération avec les priorités business, les impératifs d'intégration post-acquisition et les objectifs financiers.

Ce poste relève du/de la Directeur(trice) Global(e) Total Rewards, avec un fort partenariat matriciel avec les équipes RH et dirigeants des segments concernés.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the total rewards agenda across both Electrification Systems and Electrification Software segments—primarily covering Compensation and Annual Incentive plan.
  • Shape and execute a cohesive compensation strategy aligned with the company's transformation, growth, and digitalization goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to segment HRLTs
  • Oversee total rewards due diligence, design, and integration for M&A activities within the two segments—including organization design, harmonization of job architectures, and transition of compensation and benefits programs.

  • Oversee annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes—budgeting, merit, incentives, and promotions—for all levels, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment to business outcomes.

  • Drive simplification, standardization, and digital enablement across compensation and benefits operations.

  • Lead external benchmarking, market intelligence, and workforce analytics to guide proactive talent and compensation decisions.

  • Monitor global and regional regulatory trends, adapting programs to maintain compliance and competitiveness across multiple geographies.

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team supporting both segments; coach and mentor TR professionals to strengthen technical, analytical, and consultative capabilities.

  • Drive capability-building across HRBPs and business leaders to strengthen rewards acumen and decision-making.

  • Partner with the Corporate Total Rewards COE to ensure consistent policy governance and alignment of segment programs with enterprise frameworks.

  • Collaborate across HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment of pay philosophy, internal equity, and external competitiveness.
  • Support communication and change management for total rewards initiatives, ensuring transparency and employee understanding globally.

Qualifications

  • Extensive progressive experience in global Total Rewards leadership roles across complex, matrixed, and multinational organizations.
  • Proven expertise in executive compensation, global mobility, M&A integration, and compensation governance.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful reward strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience leading distributed teams and partnering across regions and functions.

Responsabilités principales

  • Piloter la stratégie Total Rewards sur les deux segments Electrification Systems et Electrification Software, en particulier les volets Rémunération et Plans d'incitation annuelle.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de rémunération cohérente, en phase avec les ambitions de transformation, de croissance et de digitalisation de l'entreprise.
  • Conseiller de manière proactive les équipes de direction RH des segments sur tous les sujets de rémunération.
  • Superviser la due diligence, la conception et l'intégration des programmes de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux lors des opérations de fusion-acquisition, incluant la conception organisationnelle, l'harmonisation des référentiels métiers et la transition des politiques de compensation et de benefits.
  • Piloter les processus annuels et exceptionnels de planification salariale : budgets, augmentations, primes, promotions – en veillant à l'équité, à la transparence et à l'alignement avec la performance business.
  • Promouvoir la simplification, la standardisation et la digitalisation des processus de rémunération et d'avantages.
  • Mener les analyses de marché, études de benchmark et travaux d'analytique RH pour orienter les décisions proactives en matière de talents et de rémunération.
  • Assurer la veille sur les réglementations internationales et régionales, en adaptant les politiques pour garantir conformité et compétitivité dans chaque zone géographique.
  • Constituer et développer une équipe performante Total Rewards, en accompagnant les collaborateurs dans le renforcement de leurs compétences techniques, analytiques et de conseil.
  • Renforcer la capacité des HR Business Partners et des managers à prendre des décisions éclairées en matière de rémunération.
  • Collaborer avec le Centre d'Excellence Corporate Total Rewards afin d'assurer la cohérence des politiques et l'alignement entre programmes de segment et cadres de gouvernance d'entreprise.
  • Travailler en synergie avec les équipes RH, Finance et Juridique pour garantir la cohérence entre la philosophie de rémunération, l'équité interne et la compétitivité externe.
  • Conduire la communication et la gestion du changement autour des initiatives Total Rewards afin d'assurer clarté, transparence et compréhension à l'échelle mondiale.

Profil recherché / Qualifications

  • Expérience confirmée et progressive dans des postes de leadership Total Rewards à l'échelle mondiale, au sein d'organisations complexes, matricielles et multinationales.
  • Maîtrise avérée des domaines suivants : rémunération des dirigeants, mobilité internationale, intégration post-M&A et gouvernance des politiques de rémunération.
  • Vision stratégique et capacité à traduire les priorités business en stratégies de rémunération à fort impact.
  • Excellentes aptitudes d'influence, de gestion de parties prenantes et de conduite du changement.
  • Expérience avérée dans la direction d'équipes distribuées et la collaboration transverse entre régions et fonctions.
