What You'll Do (Only Apply If You Can Do This Well)

  • Hammer the phones and close deals with small business owners in North America
  • Sell high-demand digital marketing services: SEO, SEM, Google Ads
  • Work pre-qualified cold leads—no random lists, no guessing
  • Identify needs fast and pitch tailored solutions with confidence
  • Build relationships and keep clients for long-term residuals
  • Dominate your KPIs, crush targets, and stay on top of the leaderboard
  • Use CRM tools like a pro and keep your pipeline tight

Compensation Built for Top Earners

  • Base Salary: Up to $25,000 USD/year
  • Uncapped commissions + bonuses
  • Top closers hit $100K+ in their first year
  • Residual income from renewals—your pipeline pays you long-term

You're a Perfect Fit If:

  • You've got 1+ year B2B or outbound sales experience
  • You're a cold-calling assassin (required)
  • You speak English fluently (C1/C2)
  • You understand digital marketing basics (Google Ads, SEO, SEM) — big plus
  • You're competitive, and thrive under pressure
  • You have your own laptop (8GB+ RAM) + reliable internet
  • You're based in LATAM and want a high-income remote career
