Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Ribeirão Preto, SP, entails the responsibilities of a Healthcare Specialist. The ideal candidate will oversee first aid and emergency medical care, provide healthcare guidance for employees, and ensure workplace health and safety compliance. Responsibilities also include working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide health-related training and awareness programs for staff, monitoring wellness initiatives, and contributing to overall workforce health and safety practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in healthcare, including emergency medical technician (EMT) and medical care skills
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively deliver healthcare education and train staff
  • Experience in designing and implementing workplace health and training programs is highly valued
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Practical knowledge of workplace safety practices and healthcare compliance regulations
  • Bachelor's degree or technical certification in a relevant healthcare field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or food manufacturing industry is advantageous
