Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in São Paulo, SP, with some work from home flexibility. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including lead generation, handling customer inquiries, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves conducting customer service activities and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
  • Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in sales or related fields is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
