Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in São Paulo, Brazil for a Real Estate Investment Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for analyzing real estate investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and managing investment projects. Daily tasks include evaluating properties, researching market trends and pricing, preparing investment reports both in Portuguese and English, and working closely with the Managing Partner in order to decide the best investments for our pool of investors.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Investment;
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data (use of AI to model each deal a necessity nowadays);
- Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence and assessing risk;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (also in English will be a plus);
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus;
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
