About the Role

We are looking for a Facilities & Real Estate Manager to lead the construction and optimization of the infrastructure that will be the foundation for our network's growth. You will be responsible for Vammo's entire real estate portfolio — workshops, warehouses, charging stations, offices, and logistics centers — ensuring that each investment in physical space maximizes operational performance, financial return, and sustainable expansion.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for designing and executing our footprint strategy: prioritizing markets, structuring contracts, coordinating construction, and ensuring that our electrical and operational infrastructure keeps pace with the scale of the fleet. This is an essential role in accelerating our mission to electrify urban mobility in Brazil. Based in São Paulo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Vammo's real estate strategy, considering return on invested capital, market positioning, and impact on operational performance.
  • Conduct prospecting, negotiation, and implementation of new sites, ensuring speed, reliability, and scalability of the rollout.
  • Lead construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and budget with financial rigor.
  • Establish asset management routines to maximize uptime and extend the useful life of facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Load and Hardware teams on the engineering and electrical design of operations.
  • Develop and lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external partners with excellence.
  • Establish financial and operational indicators (capex, payback, area efficiency, etc.) to continuously optimize the physical network.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, technical standards, and safety standards.

Requirements

We value energy, curiosity, and adaptability over perfect resumes. Still, you'll stand out if you have:

  • 6–12 years of experience in real estate, facilities, or project development (ideally retail, last-mile, logistics, or energy).
  • Background in managing multiple assets, with strong strategic vision and focus on economic efficiency.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, licensing, and Brazilian regulations.
  • Familiarity with electrical infrastructure (medium/low voltage).
  • Hands-on profile, with strong leadership, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
  • Availability to travel and strong connection with Vammo's mission.
