The Opportunity

We are seeking an Analyst to join Patria's US Real Estate team, supporting the expansion of Patria's investment platform into the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to gain exposure to international markets and play an active role in shaping a new chapter of growth for one of Latin America's most successful alternative asset managers.

Based in our São Paulo office, this role involves close collaboration with senior investment professionals in both Brazil and the U.S., offering strong visibility, steep learning curves, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on a high-growth strategic initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on the U.S. real estate and insurance sectors, identifying emerging trends and investment opportunities.
  • Identify, screen, and evaluate potential acquisition targets across diverse real estate asset classes and related sectors.
  • Build detailed financial models to analyze the performance and valuation of investment opportunities.
  • Support and help coordinate due diligence efforts, working alongside internal teams and external advisors.
  • Develop and prepare presentations and investment materials used to support decision-making by senior leadership and investment committees.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, consulting, or buy-side/investment-related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently structure and deliver insightful analysis.
  • Proven financial modeling and valuation expertise.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional fluency in Spanish is a plus.
