Estagiário Real Estate

RESUMO

O(a) Estagiário(a) de Real Estate terá a oportunidade de atuar em diversas frentes, desenvolvendo habilidades essenciais em um contexto global e dinâmico

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Monitoramento de indicadores de sustentabilidade em projetos existentes e futuros.
  • Ajuda no mapeamento de oportunidades de negócio em contratos de locação de condomínios logísticos e escritórios.
  • Pesquisa de informações de mercado relevantes nas localidades de atuação.
  • Elaboração de apresentações (Português, Inglês) – Espanhol Diferencial.
  • Colaborar com o levantamento e organização de informações contratuais.

REQUISITOS

  • Cursando graduação em Direito, Administração, Engenharia, Arquitetura, ou áreas correlatas.
  • Inglês: Nível Avançado (leitura, escrita e conversação)
  • Espanhol: Nível Básico (leitura, escrita e conversação)
