We specialize in family law and are seeking a skilled and dedicated Intake Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the firm.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This bilingual role (English/Spanish) is designed for someone based in Central or South America who brings legal intake experience and outstanding communication skills. You'll help guide prospective clients with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth transition into our legal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial client intake calls in both English and Spanish
  • Accurately collect and document client information using CRM and case management systems
  • Evaluate prospective clients' needs and determine appropriate next steps
  • Schedule consultations and manage follow-up communications
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Must be located in Central or South America
  • Prior law firm experience is required
  • Experience with Lawmatics and Clio is a strong plus
  • Ideal candidate has a strong track record of converting paid consultations into clients.
  • Prepared to disclose their historical conversion rate (percentage)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
