What You'll Do
● Actively search for extraordinary women in your region who embody the Divina standard of beauty, grace, and presence.
● Attend cultural events, fashion hubs, festivals, and local scenes where undiscovered talent may be found.
● Build trusted relationships with prospective talent and their families, ensuring professionalism and respect.
● Capture and submit initial scouting portfolios (photos, videos, profiles) for review by Divina's central team.
● Represent the Divina brand in your city, maintaining a high standard of elegance and credibility.
What We're Looking For
● A natural eye for beauty. Not just looks, but presence, aura, and potential.
● Strong local network in fashion, nightlife, events, or cultural communities.
● Excellent interpersonal skills; able to approach and inspire confidence in potential talent.
● Self-starter with independence and high standards.
● Multilingual ability (a plus, but not required).
● Experience in modeling, fashion, or talent scouting is valuable, but not required. Vision and taste matter most.

● Per-talent signing payouts above industry average.

● Path to leadership: the best scouts may be elevated to Regional Head Scout, with higher payouts, override commissions, and exclusive scouting rights.
