We are seeking a strategic and well-connected Influencer Talent Scout to own our influencer strategy and relationships within the vibrant Brazilian market. You will be the architect of our KOL/KOC ecosystem, responsible for discovering hidden gems, nurturing top-tier talent, and executing campaigns that drive real business results.
Role: Influencer Talent Scout
Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the continuous identification and relationship maintenance of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), and be accountable for the output results.
- Conduct data-driven analysis of KOL campaign performance to optimize ROI.
- Establish a vertical-focused influencer database based on business objectives, explore diverse forms of collaboration, and plan and execute campaigns.
- Perform market analysis and competitive research, gather user feedback, and refine KOL marketing strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL operations within the Brazilian market.
- Possess existing KOL/MCN resources, demonstrate a systematic approach, and be fluent in English for use as a working language.
- Proven experience in the iGaming industry is essential.
- Strong content planning and copywriting skills, with the ability to oversee video quality control.
- Excellent communication skills and techniques, goal-oriented mindset, and strong execution capabilities.
