Deine zentralen Aufgaben:
Du unterstützt das Category Team bei der Vorbereitung von Angeboten, der Datenanalyse sowie der Zusammenstellung von Angebotsübersichten. Bei abweichenden Lieferanteneingaben findest Du eigenständig Lösungen
Du nimmst Beschaffungsanfragen entgegen und prüfst diese auf Übereinstimmung mit unseren Betriebsrichtlinien
Du wandelst Beschaffungsanfragen eigenverantwortlich in Bestellungen um
Du erstellst und verwaltest Procurement Orders (PO), änderst, stornierst oder verschiebst Termine bei Bedarf
Du stellst sicher, dass die Lieferanten den Erhalt der Bestellungen bestätigen und verbindliche Lieferzusagen geben
Du verfolgst aktiv die Bestellungen nach und sorgst durch konsequentes Eskalationsmanagement für termingerechte und qualitätsgerechte Lieferungen
Du kontrollierst die Angaben zu Bestellungen: Sachkonten, Projektnummern, Lieferadressen, Lieferanteninformationen sowie wichtige Vermerke auf dem Bestelldokument prüfst und sicherst deren Korrektheit
Du verantwortest die Verwaltung der Swiss Procurement Mailbox und bist die erste Eskalationsstelle für alle Anfragen rund um Bestellungen, Empfangsbestätigungen und Lieferantenstammdaten
Dein Profil:
Du verfügst über eine anerkannte kaufmännische Qualifikation im Einkauf
Du bringst starke Eigeninitiative mit und sorgst dafür, dass Deine Aufgaben stets termingerecht und präzise abgeschlossen werden
Du bist routiniert im Arbeiten in einer Matrixorganisation und hältst dabei unterschiedliche Stakeholder und Interessen im Blick
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Eigeninitiative und Prioritätensetzung gehören für Dich zum Standard
