Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Definir e direcionar práticas ágeis e de qualidade para os demais profissionais de QA da empresa;
- Realizar workshops, treinamentos e ações de engajamento para fortalecer a comunidade interna de QA;
- Apoiar o onboarding de novos profissionais de QA, garantindo alinhamento técnico e cultural;
- Atuar no ciclo de evolução contínua do framework de automação e qualidade, propondo melhorias e inovações;
- Colaborar com times de desenvolvimento e engenharia para garantir a eficiência, cobertura e confiabilidade dos testes automatizados.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Domínio em Playwright para automação de testes web e validação de interfaces;
- Experiência prática com Selenium WebDriver em diferentes cenários de automação;
- Vivência com Xray para gestão e rastreabilidade de casos de teste integrados ao Jira;
- Experiência com Jira Software para acompanhamento de demandas e controle de qualidade;
- Domínio em Jenkins para orquestração e integração contínua dos pipelines de automação;
- Conhecimento sólido em linguagens de desenvolvimento Java e , aplicadas à automação de testes;
- Conhecimento em arquitetura Cloud, incluindo práticas de integração e deploy em ambientes em nuvem;
- Familiaridade com Spring Boot, especialmente em projetos que envolvem automação e integração de serviços;
- Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente 3x por semana no cliente em São Paulo.
