Join SHEIN and be the future ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Product Operations Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between the business and product teams. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, driving project execution, and ensuring the timely and high-quality launch of product features.

This role requires strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities:1. Requirement Collection & Analysis

  • Work closely with business teams such as Hunting, Incubation, and Seller Management to understand business workflows and gather suggestions for product optimization and new feature requirements;
  • Analyze and structure requirements based on actual business processes and operational policies;
  • Collaborate with product managers and the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.2.

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of product requirements, including tracking changes, monitoring development progress, identifying risks, and coordinating across teams;
  • Lead functional testing before feature rollout, and coordinate product launch communications and business-side training.3.

Business Documentation

  • Draft and maintain essential business documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user manuals, and FAQs to ensure clarity and usability across stakeholders.4.

Business Support & Issue Resolution

  • Provide system usage support and operational guidance to the business team;
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving system issues or bugs, continuously enhancing the user experience for business teams.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Portuguese, Mandarin, and English, with strong communication skills across cultural contexts.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • 1 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or project management is preferred; experience in e-commerce is a plus.
