About the Role

As part of our dedicated support team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers using our Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) software. You'll provide friendly and efficient first-level technical support via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and professional experience.

In your day-to-day work, you will:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing technical questions and issues.

- Create and manage support tickets in Jira, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution in line with SLAs.

- Perform initial triage of reported issues and escalate when needed.

- Guide customers through basic usage procedures and troubleshooting steps.

- Maintain detailed service records and prepare periodic support reports.

- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution and knowledge sharing.

- Participate in customer training sessions.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support services.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has at least 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support.

- Is familiar with ticketing tools, preferably Jira.

- Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.

- Has a customer-focused mindset and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Can work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Has strong English skills, both spoken and written.

- Is currently pursuing or has completed a technical or university degree in Information Technology or a related field. 

Nice to Have:
- Experience in multilingual or LATAM support with knowledge of ITS or telemetry systems, and an understanding of ITIL or Agile methods.

- Understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking concepts, and software troubleshooting.
