We are a fully remote company with a cutting-edge platform and technology but ultimately it's our team that makes us successful. Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Paid Search Media Manager located in São Paulo, Brazil who: feels confident making decisions in the Google & Meta Ads Manager interface, is not afraid to try something new, is deeply familiar with the theory of pay-per-click advertising & overall machine learning capabilities (which Google is pushing all account managers to adopt).

We're focused on developing strategies for the future, embracing the new Google environment and un-leveling the playing field using creativity, messaging, intention & an audience first approach. Our ideal candidate is comfortable coming up with unique testing ideas for accounts, implements, monitoring, reporting & taking next steps based on results. In this role, the day to day will be account & client management with some management of junior specialists oversight, training and assisting with executing your strategies.

This is a fast paced, fully remote environment with a stress on independent thinking and time management. This position has significant growth opportunities for the right candidate. Mandatory Qualifications:3 years of hands on SEM & Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap) account management experienceNonBrand e-commerce keyword strategies and extensive experience focusing on ROAS, CPA and CAC goals

Direct-To-Consumer / E-commerce Direct Response strategies focusing on ROAS, CPA and CAC goals

Expert-level knowledge of conversion tracking, tracking templates, and url parameters

Managed at least 3 e-commerce clients, spending over $50,000 per month.Completing & passing a skills assessment prior to interview

Additional Requirements & Experience:Experience with Google Analytics - Analytics Certification a Plus (Creating Goals, Creating Audiences, Syncing Engagement KPIs, UTM parameters & GA Data Analysis/Insights)Managing and optimizing Product Feeds - For Google a big plusExperience with Shopify analytics, or optimizing to 1st Party data

Experience writing a client's Ad-copy using copy best practices with a focus on conversions

Experience implementing Creative strategies to optimize distribution and conversion performance on Paid SocialUp to date on Meta's new advertising tools, features and best practices (ASC, Bid Multipliers, Performance 5, Performant Creative for Reels, manage and analyze Split, Lift and Incrementality studies

Campaign management experience on TikTok and up to date on all the latest advertising tools, features and best practices

Media Buying experience on "secondary" Paid Social channels (Pinterest, Snap, Reddit)Experience using Draft & Experiments for testing

Experience with smart bidding & best practices

Advanced knowledge of Search & DSA campaign set-up

Experience setting up & Optimizing PMAX, Display, Discovery, YouTubeExperience optimizing campaigns toward performance goals (problem solving, troubleshooting & implementing changes)Advanced knowledge of Google Ads EditorExperience using Bing Ads - MSAN audience network & multi-media ads is a plus

Execution experience with scripts, rules & data layers a plus

Hands experience with client management, reading data studios, reporting & building decks that "tell a story" with data

Understanding of CRO best practices a plus

Bravery in the face of keyword match-type changes & embracing audiences & intentionA natural curiosity & creative way of thinking - we're not looking for bid management robots, we want someone who can think outside of the box when it comes to problem solving

Reading industry news and staying up to date on new settings, features and techniques

Ability to articulate strategy confidently & find insights that lead to next steps. Don't just tell me what the data is, deep dive into why we're seeing the results & what are the appropriate next steps

Agency experience is a plus but not required

Managed 3 clients at a different with different goals
