A Hogrow Hotéis está em busca de um(a) Analista de Revenue Management para integrar a nossa equipe dinâmica e contribuir com a otimização de processos e estratégias de precificação. O profissional será responsável por analisar dados de mercado, desenvolver estratégias de revenue management e colaborar com diferentes áreas da empresa para maximizar a rentabilidade e o crescimento sustentável.

Local: Próximo ao metrô Santa Cruz – São Paulo/SP

Modelo: Híbrido

Dias: Segunda a sexta-feira (horário comercial)

Contratação: PJ

Remuneração: A combinar

Responsabilidades:

Gestão estratégica de tarifas e inventário

Analisar e interpretar dados de vendas e mercado para otimizar a precificação e as estratégias de receita.

Elaborar relatórios de desempenho, identificando oportunidades de melhoria.

Colaborar com as equipes comerciais, marketing e operações para garantir a execução das estratégias de revenue management.

Implementar modelos de previsão e análise de demanda para suportar decisões estratégicas.

Monitorar a concorrência e as tendências de mercado, ajustando as estratégias conforme necessário.

Garantir a aderência às políticas de precificação e maximização da rentabilidade.

Requisitos:

Experiência prévia em Revenue Management, preferencialmente em hotelaria

Conhecimento em sistemas de distribuição e análise de dados

Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados
