Centro Cultural Bom Jardim is a cultural center dedicated to cultural diffusion, creation, and artistic training. Managed by Instituto Dragão do Mar and affiliated with the Ceará State Secretariat of Culture, it serves the region of Grande Bom Jardim, which includes 5 neighborhoods and 38 communities. Since 2006, it has offered the community equipped spaces such as an arena theater, dance studio, multipurpose rooms, a cineclub, an atelier, a multimedia room, and outdoor areas for artistic and cultural practices. The center focuses on artistic training, cultural programming, and community interaction through partnerships within the territory.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Fortaleza, CE. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating events and activities, assisting in the development and implementation of cultural programs, and liaising with community members and partners. Additional tasks include overseeing administrative functions, ensuring the maintenance of facilities, and supporting the organization in achieving its mission and goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Business Administration, or related field
