Company DescriptionCentro Cultural Bom Jardim is a cultural center dedicated to cultural diffusion, creation, and artistic training.Managed by Instituto Dragão do Mar and affiliated with the Ceará State Secretariat of Culture, it serves the region of Grande Bom Jardim, which includes 5 neighborhoods and 38 communities.Since ****, it has offered the community equipped spaces such as an arena theater, dance studio, multipurpose rooms, a cineclub, an atelier, a multimedia room, and outdoor areas for artistic and cultural practices.The center focuses on artistic training, cultural programming, and community interaction through partnerships within the territory.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Fortaleza, CE.The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating events and activities, assisting in the development and implementation of cultural programs, and liaising with community members and partners.Additional tasks include overseeing administrative functions, ensuring the maintenance of facilities, and supporting the organization in achieving its mission and goals.QualificationsExperience in event management and coordinationSkills in administration and operations managementAbility to develop and implement programsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and community engagement experienceAbility to work on-site in Fortaleza, CEBachelor's degree in Arts Management, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the cultural or artistic sector is a plus
