Traffic Allocation manages how user traffic is distributed across different business lines and experiments. By leveraging data insights and cross-BU collaboration, the role ensures that resources are optimized, user exposure is balanced, and business objectives are met at the platform level rather than within a single vertical.
Role Responsibilities- Evaluating & Optimizing In-App Traffic Resources: You'll assess the performance and potential of new in-app resource placements, define standardized usage guidelines, and build a clear playbook to ensure consistent and effective operations;
- Exploring New Traffic Opportunities: You'll proactively identify and test new in-app touchpoints to maximize traffic value and expand the reach of our services;
- Analyzing Data & Monitoring Impact: You'll define and track key metrics, evaluate traffic allocation performance, and uncover insights that lead to better decision-making;
- Collaborating Across Teams: You'll work closely with PMs, operations, and algorithm teams to align on resource usage, coordinate experiments, and deliver improvements efficiently.
- Bringing 3 - 5 years of professional experience in operations, growth, business operations, or other data-driven roles;
- Highly analytical and able to make data-driven decisions, with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets;
- Capable of managing multiple priorities, working autonomously, and thriving in a fast-changing environment;
- Strong in cross-functional collaboration, with proven experience working with PMs, operations, and technical teams;
- An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and stakeholder management ability;
- Fluent in English.
