Estamos com uma vaga de estágio aberta para o time de Investment Banking do MB.
O time atua majoritariamente em operações de dívida (DCM) e procuramos uma pessoa que detenha skills analíticas e relacionais usualmente exigidas em IB, além de uma mentalidade com drive para inovação e um ambiente disruptivo.
Principais Atividades:
- Análise de Mercado: Realizar research de mercado, comparando instrumentos de dívida tradicionais, tokens de crédito e outros ativos de crédito;
- Estruturação e Modelagem: Apoiar na estruturação e entendimento das esteiras de tokenização de ativos financeiros, desde a análise inicial de originação do crédito até a distribuição do ativo para clientes finais;
- Acompanhamento de Performance: Criar dashboards para monitorar o desempenho de emissões tokenizadas e auxiliar na tomada de decisão estratégica;
- Apresentação de Resultados: Preparar materiais e relatórios para comunicar resultados financeiros e insights a stakeholders internos e externos;
- Aprimoramento com IAs: Desenvolvimento de atividades e aprimoramento da esteira utilizando ferramentas de inteligência artificial.
Qualificações:
- Habilidade analítica e capacidade de resolver problemas complexos;
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
- Organização, curiosidade e proatividade;
- Formação prevista a partir de Dezembro de 2026.
Diferenciais:
- Conhecimento de princípios de matemática financeira;
- Familiaridade com produtos e modelagem financeira (Renda Fixa, Ações, Derivativos, Ativos Digitais, etc.);
- Conhecimento sobre blockchain e tokenização;
- Inglês avançado.
