Esta função está especificamente focada na Buson, nossa plataforma regional de mobilidade que torna as viagens de ônibus no Brasil mais inteligentes, acessíveis e convenientes.
A função
Buscamos um profissional para atuar no atendimento aos passageiros, garantindo suporte ágil e de qualidade. Será responsável por realizar trocas e cancelamentos de passagens, acompanhar solicitações e oferecer um atendimento multicanal humanizado, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva do cliente.O que irá fazer
- Realizar o atendimento das demandas internas relacionadas aos passageiros, garantindo agilidade e qualidade no suporte.
- Executar cancelamentos e trocas de passagens, além de realizar a análise detalhada de pedidos.
- Administrar e acompanhar tickets abertos por passageiros, assegurando a resolução dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
- Prestar atendimento aos clientes por meio de diversos canais, como telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail, entre outros, proporcionando uma experiência eficiente e humanizada.
- Realizar atendimento personalizado ao cliente de novos produtos, esclarecendo dúvidas, oferecendo suporte e garantindo uma experiência positiva na utilização das soluções oferecidas.

This role is specifically focused on Buson, our regional mobility platform that makes bus travel in Brazil smarter, more accessible, and more convenient.
The Role
We are looking for a professional to support passenger service, ensuring fast and high-quality assistance. This person will be responsible for processing ticket changes and cancellations, managing requests, and providing humanized, multichannel support — contributing to a positive customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle internal requests related to passengers, ensuring agility and quality in support.
- Process ticket cancellations and exchanges, as well as perform detailed order analyses.
- Manage and monitor tickets opened by passengers, ensuring resolution within established deadlines.
- Provide customer service through multiple channels such as phone, WhatsApp, email, and others, delivering an efficient and humanized experience.
- Offer personalized support for new products, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive experience with the offered solutions.
- Customer Service (SAC) experience.
- Case analysis skills.
- Experience with multichannel customer support.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
