Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced LATAM Oracle Alliance Manager to play a hands-on role. Position Overview  The LATAM Oracle Alliance Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the strategic 
relationship between Peloton and Oracle across Latin America, while also supporting 
collaboration with North American (NA) Oracle ISV partners and select NA alliance initiatives. This a pivotal connector between business strategy and technology partnership execution. Location: São Paulo, Brazil (with regional travel)

Key Responsibilities Alliance ManagementAct as the primary liaison with Oracle LATAM partner teamsLead joint planning, sales meetings, and QBRsAlign with Oracle's Tech & Applications strategy (OCI, Fusion Cloud, etc.)Support NA ISV partners expanding into LATAM Go-to-Market & Sales EnablementBuild and execute joint GTM plans targeting key industriesCollaborate with marketing on campaigns and eventsIdentify and pursue joint sales opportunities Practice DevelopmentCo-develop Oracle offerings tailored to LATAMDrive certifications and enablement for delivery teamsLocalize global solutions for regional needs Governance & ReportingMaintain dashboards and alliance performance trackingManage budgets for co-marketing and enablementEnsure compliance with Oracle partner guidelines Qualifications Education & ExperienceBachelor's in Business, Technology, or related fieldExperience with Oracle or similar (SAP, Microsoft, AWS)Regional experience across Latin America SkillsDeep knowledge of Oracle Cloud (OCI, Fusion ERP, HCM, etc.)Strong relationship-building and negotiation skillsFluent in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus)Strategic thinking and analytical mindset   Peloton Group is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
