Job Overview
The Vice President of Corporate Strategy (Strategic Planning) is a senior executive leadership role responsible for defining, coordinating, and executing Devnest's enterprise-wide strategic vision, long-term growth roadmap, and business planning framework.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role serves as a strategic integrator across sales, product, marketing, finance, operations, and global leadership teams—ensuring that Devnest's commercial strategy, market expansion plans, and operational priorities are fully aligned with corporate objectives.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategy executive with deep experience in technology, SaaS, platforms, or enterprise services, capable of translating vision into actionable strategy, guiding global growth initiatives, and supporting executive decision-making with clarity, rigor, and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy & Long-Term Planning
Lead the development and execution of Devnest's corporate strategy and multi-year strategic planning roadmap.
Translate corporate vision into actionable strategic initiatives across growth, market expansion, revenue, and operational scalability.
Define strategic priorities, investment themes, and enterprise-level OKRs aligned with long-term value creation.
Support executive leadership in strategic decision-making, scenario planning, and organizational alignment.
Growth Strategy, Revenue & Commercial Alignment
Oversee the strategic framework for revenue growth, go-to-market models, and commercial execution.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders to align growth strategy, pricing models, customer segmentation, and enterprise sales motions.
Identify new growth levers, business models, and revenue streams across platforms, partnerships, and global markets.
Ensure revenue strategy supports profitability, scalability, and sustainable enterprise value.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
Lead market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insight initiatives to inform strategic planning.
Evaluate global market trends, customer buying behavior, and competitive dynamics impacting Devnest's positioning.
Refine Devnest's value proposition and strategic differentiation across industries and regions.
Support leadership with data-driven insights to guide prioritization and resource allocation.
Global Expansion & Strategic Initiatives
Drive strategic planning for geographic expansion, new industry entry, and enterprise account growth.
Design scalable frameworks for global go-to-market execution, partnerships, and ecosystem development.
Ensure strategic plans account for regulatory, contractual, and operational considerations across regions.
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives tied to international growth and enterprise transformation.
Cross-Functional Strategy Execution
Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success.
Ensure coordinated execution of strategic initiatives across business units and regions.
Establish governance models, performance tracking, and execution cadence for strategic programs.
Drive organizational alignment, accountability, and execution excellence.
Governance, Risk & Strategic Oversight
Support enterprise-level risk assessment related to growth strategy, market entry, pricing, and large-scale initiatives.
Ensure strategic plans align with Devnest's risk appetite, compliance requirements, and operational capabilities.
Develop strategic governance frameworks that support disciplined decision-making and sustainable growth.
Leadership & Strategy Organization Development
Build and lead a high-performing corporate strategy and strategic planning function.
Mentor senior leaders and high-potential talent in strategic thinking, execution, and leadership development.
Foster a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, and long-term value orientation.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and board-level stakeholders.
Financial Strategy & Value Creation
Partner with Finance to align corporate strategy with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Support business case development, scenario modeling, and capital allocation decisions.
Ensure strategic initiatives contribute to margin expansion, revenue durability, and enterprise valuation growth.
Qualifications
18–20+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, revenue strategy, or executive leadership within technology, SaaS, platforms, or enterprise services.
Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide strategy, growth initiatives, and global expansion.
Strong understanding of go-to-market models, revenue strategy, pricing, and enterprise customer dynamics.
Expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, governance, and cross-functional execution.
Exceptional executive communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
