What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Agent for this team, you will be the front-line ambassador of our brand.

  • Manage a busy inbox, providing prompt, professional, and clear resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Work towards completing all customer tickets with attentive focus during your shifts.
  • Multitask effectively across various tools and platforms.
  • Maintain clear communication and excellent grammar skills in all interactions.
  • Embrace self-learning to continuously improve your performance and product knowledge.
  • Readily accept feedback to enhance your skills.
  • Confidently challenge difficult tickets and apply problem-solving skills until a supervisor or technical support is available.

Essential Requirements:

  • The agent must have Customer Service experience, preferably in the BPO Industry
  • The agent MUST be a Beauty enthusiast
  • Beginner to Moderate (at minimum) makeup/beauty knowledge (bonus if you are a certified makeup artist, or have worked in this space previously)
  • Excellent customer service skills (maintain professionalism at all times and should be a fast learner.)
  • Background in handling a heavy inbox would be an asset
  • Must be able to multitask; must have clear communication and great grammar skills
  • Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and upload). Test your speed here:
  • Must have a reliable PC (minimum Intel Core i3 or equivalent) and 4 GB RAM)
  • Have a backup power source or a nearby backup location available (30 minutes or less) in the event of outages.
  • Able to work shifts between 7 am-8 pm, which will include weekends.

Preferred Qualifications (A Plus):

  • Experience with International shipping and logistics.
  • Prior experience handling customer queries through social media channels.
  • A vibrant, youthful personality that aligns with the brand's creative spirit.
