Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at all levels with all the assigned distributors. You will be the primary point of contact for our distries and will establish yourself as a valuable resource for them
- Create and deliver partnership development plans with our distributors
- Manage and develop relationships with strategic unmanaged partners within our ecosystem
- Develop and implement quarterly and yearly business plans
- Utilize a consultative relationship approach to evangelize Check Point value at all levels within the Distributor organization
- Increase brand awareness and demand within the Distributor community through targeted GTM initiatives & co-sell campaigns
- Act as an escalation point and ensure resolution of issues (with external and internal teams)
- Understand the distributor intimately, how their partnership programs work, what motivates them, and how to drive commitment to an ever-expanding and deepening relationship
- Develops strategic messages to the distributor on the value of partnering with Check Point
- Drives executive outreach to key practice leads and executive at the distributor
- Increases distributor commitment & engagement in joint-GTM activities.
- Participates in regular QBR cadence with all distributors to establish, review, and modify joint-plans and execution scorecards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven track record in relationship based channel / distributor account management
- Possess good business acumen in channels sales management, business development, and strategic partner alignment
- Experience in the IT industry,
- Knowledge of the Cyber Security industry – highly preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
English & Spanish fluency is a must
Portuguese is a plus
Experience developing and launching go-to-market strategies
- Ability to manage short term (tactical) and long term (strategic) relationships and plans
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically
- Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities
- Solution oriented skill set
- Prior experience in Salesforce / MS Excel
- Prior experience as a DCAM is a plus
- Available to traveling across LATAM
- This position is posted in multiple countries. Your ability to work without sponsorship in the country for which you apply is required.
