We are seeking a highly accomplished, results-driven Partner Sales Manager to join our Alliances & Channels organization in Brazil. Based in the Salesforce Brazil office, this role is responsible for driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, accelerating pipeline, consumption, adoption, and expansion through strategic System Integrator (SI) partnerships.

This position plays a critical role in scaling our go-to-market strategy by building, enabling, and managing high-impact SI relationships that deliver sustainable revenue growth, customer success, and long-term ecosystem value.

**Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partner & GTM Management**

  • Own and grow strategic System Integrator partnerships, defining and executing joint business plans aligned with regional, industry, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Drive partner-led and co-sell motions in close alignment with field sales teams, supporting territory and account strategies.
  • Segment and prioritize partners to maximize strategic impact and scalable growth.
  • Revenue, Pipeline, Consumption & Expansion* Carry and deliver partner revenue and pipeline targets, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and forecast a joint pipeline with accuracy and transparency.
  • Drive consumption-based revenue growth by accelerating customer adoption, active usage, expansion, and value realization through partners.
  • Customer Success & Adoption* Partner with SIs and internal teams to support post-sale adoption, expansion, and consumption growth, ensuring measurable customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
  • Technology, Industry & Executive Leadership* Collaborate with partners to develop and position industry-relevant solutions leveraging Salesforce's platform, AI, and agentic capabilities.
  • Build and maintain trusted, executive-level relationships with partner leadership, acting as a strategic advisor on growth, capability development, and market expansion.
  • Partner Performance & Enablement* Ensure partners are enabled and certified on Salesforce products and solutions.
  • Manage partner performance using KPIs such as pipeline coverage, win rates, partner-sourced revenue, consumption growth, certifications, and delivery quality, driving corrective actions when needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration* Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver a unified partner and customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of success in Partner Sales, Alliances, or Channel roles, carrying revenue and pipeline targets in enterprise SaaS or cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud business models, including subscription licensing, consumption-based revenue, customer adoption, and expansion motions driven through partners.
  • 5+ years of experience working with strategic System Integrator partners, with deep knowledge of their business models, sales motions, and delivery frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, pipeline acceleration, and forecast accuracy.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to articulate complex, value-based solutions to executive audiences.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
