Manager, Field Sales liderará e motivará uma equipe de profissionais de vendas em campo para atingir e superar as metas no território designado. Essa função envolve desenvolver e executar estratégias de vendas, fortalecer relacionamentos com clientes e assegurar o crescimento contínuo e o sucesso da presença de mercado da TD SYNNEX Brasil.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Liderar, orientar e gerir a equipe de Representantes de Vendas Externas, oferecendo direção, coaching e feedback de desempenho para impulsionar o sucesso individual e do time.
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias e planos de ação de vendas eficazes para atingir e superar metas e objetivos de negócio.
- Monitorar o desempenho da equipe, analisar dados de vendas e identificar oportunidades de melhoria e crescimento.
- Cultivar e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes-chave, entender suas necessidades e assegurar sua satisfação e fidelização.
- Atuar como ponto de escalonamento para questões complexas de clientes e desafios de vendas, trabalhando de forma colaborativa e multifuncional para encontrar soluções.
- Realizar visitas regulares em campo com os representantes, oferecendo coaching em tempo real e suporte, além de engajar diretamente com clientes estratégicos.
- Colaborar com áreas internas, incluindo Marketing, Gestão de Produtos e Operações, para garantir a execução fluida das iniciativas de vendas.
- Preparar e apresentar previsões, relatórios e revisões de negócios precisos para a alta liderança.
- Identificar novas oportunidades de negócio e tendências de mercado para expandir o alcance e a participação de mercado da TD SYNNEX Brasil.
- Assegurar conformidade com todas as políticas, procedimentos e padrões éticos da empresa.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Graduação em Administração, Vendas, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência progressiva de 5 a 7 anos em vendas, com pelo menos 2 a 3 anos em gestão de vendas ou liderança de equipe, preferencialmente no setor de distribuição de TI ou tecnologia.
- Histórico comprovado de atingir e superar metas de vendas, impulsionando a performance da equipe com Clientes Globais.
- Fortes habilidades de liderança e gestão de pessoas, com capacidade de inspirar e motivar equipes de vendas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Capacidade comprovada de construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes.
- Sólido entendimento de metodologias de vendas e de CRM (por exemplo, Salesforce).
- Pensamento estratégico, com habilidade para analisar dados de mercado e desenvolver planos de vendas eficazes.
- Fluência em Português e Inglês (escrito e falado) é obrigatória; Espanhol é desejável.
- Proficiência no Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes dentro do território designado e, ocasionalmente, por todo o Brasil.
