Roles and responsibilities

• Realizar instalação, configuração, manutenção e limpeza (higienização) básica de computadores e dispositivos utilizados na empresa;
• Atender chamados envolvendo hardware e softwares aplicativos no sistema de demandas da organização;
• Abertura de chamados com os fabricantes dos equipamentos;
• Configurar acessos em computadores de usuários;
• Instalar e configurar softwares diversos;
• Apoiar aos usuários em questões relacionadas ao uso de softwares e dos equipamentos remotamente e presencialmente;
• Alimentar informações em sistema de controle de equipamentos de informática e dispositivos em estoque.

Requirements And Skills

• Estar cursando Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas.
• Conhecimentos básicos em:
• Sistemas operacionais Windows (instalação e configuração).
• Pacote Office e softwares de produtividade.
• Conceitos de redes e internet.
• Interesse em aprender sobre infraestrutura de TI e suporte técnico.
• Boa comunicação para atendimento a usuários.
• Organização e atenção a detalhes.

Diferenciais
(não obrigatórios, mas valorizados)

• Experiência anterior em suporte técnico (mesmo que como freelancer ou em projetos acadêmicos).
• Inglês técnico para leitura de manuais.
