Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end customs declaration process for the company, with a focus on ensuring the smooth shipment of machine tools.
  • Oversee comprehensive office administration, including but not limited to meeting support and visitor reception, to maintain efficient daily office operations.
  • Maintain fixed asset records for office equipment, ensuring assets are accurately tracked, regularly inventoried, and utilized appropriately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing corporate communications, including registration, distribution, and follow-up, to ensure critical information is transmitted timely without delays or omissions.
  • Coordinate office cleaning services and on-site management, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and well-organized working environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or related roles within large or medium-sized enterprises; prior exposure to manufacturing or trade industries is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of customs policies, declaration procedures, and trade documentation. Hands-on experience in customs declaration operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
  • Good command of English is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office automation equipment.
