Role Qualification
Sales Specialist
– Hybrid (Greater Campinas Area)
PureKemika is seeking a Sales Specialist with a hunter mindset — someone passionate about identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals. This is a full‑time hybrid position based in Greater Campinas, with flexibility for remote work.
We are looking for a driven, self‑starting professional who thrives under goals, follows strategic direction, and continuously seeks excellence. The right person is proactive, accountable, and aligned with our management guidelines to ensure consistent, high‑quality performance.
Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and convert new business opportunities into long‑term clients.
Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing customers.
Deliver consultative sales presentations and provide technical support when needed.
Manage and update the sales pipeline effectively to achieve and surpass targets.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer needs with company strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management (cosmetic, chemical, or related industries is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results‑oriented approach.
Ability to work independently while following company processes and management direction.
Must have a personal **notebook/laptop** and **high‑speed internet connection**, along with all tools required to perform effectively in a hybrid environment.
