What You'll Do
- Data and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Looker Studio or Power BI to monitor and visualize key performance indicators. The role requires to perform ad-hoc analysis to support data-driven decisions and identify insightful trends.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to shaping the business strategy through foresight and monitoring competition. Identify and unblock major roadblocks and strategic opportunities, building out and rolling out strategic projects.
- P&L Management: Build visibility for the organization by tracking targets and OKRs, developing insights for P&L management, and creating action plans to guide the team in the right direction.
- Governance and Collaboration: Contribute to organizational success through design, internal communication, and meeting structures. Work with multiple areas, applying strong soft skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- English Fluency: The role requires fluency in English for effective communication and collaboration within the organization.
- Experience with dashboarding tools like Locker or PowerBI (creating and maintaining dashboards).
- Ability to work autonomously and with initiative, taking a lead role in data vision.
- Excellent soft skills for working with multiple teams, including Operations and Sales.
