NexLaw is an AI-powered legal assistant platform that empowers litigation professionals with smarter, faster, and more efficient legal workflows. We are expanding our presence and are looking for a results-driven professional to lead sales growth and support marketing initiatives targeting the U.S. market.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Growth Lead based in São Paulo who can work aligned with U.S. Eastern Time. This is a remote role combining strategic sales expertise with marketing growth initiatives to drive revenue and expand NexLaw's footprint in the legal tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting U.S. law firms and legal teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns, content, and initiatives that generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the U.S. legal industry.
  • Provide insights to refine product positioning and messaging for U.S. clients.
  • Track and report sales metrics and growth performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales
    , preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing
    , preferably with growth initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written 
    English skills
     (mandatory).
  • Ability to work in 
    U.S. Eastern Time
     while based in Brazil.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in U.S. markets or selling to U.S. clients is a plus.
